  • Accounts Payable Associate

    Location:  Kennesaw, Ga

     Position Description

    The Accounts Payable (AP) Associate is responsible for accurately processing invoices throughout the organization. This individual ensures all invoices are completed on schedule and in a timely manner. The AP Associate is also responsible for correctly allocating and recording funds to cost centers and general ledger accounts.

    Responsibilities:

    • Accurately keys, processes, and pays invoices within pre-determined time allotments
    • Matches payments to corresponding invoice back-up documentation; W9’s, EIN’s Vendor Agreements, etc., resolve all payment discrepancies
    • Corresponds with internal field personnel for invoice approvals
    • Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions
    • Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports; records entries
    • Ensures that all payments are applied to correct code description within the general ledger
    • Handles customer service calls for the Accounts Payable department for external vendors, as well as internal customers
    • Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential
    • Performs ad-hoc assignments as needed

     

    Experience/Requirements:

    • High School Diploma required
    • Associates Degree preferred or 1-2 years of Accounts Payable experience

  • Accounts Payable Supervisor

    Location:  Kennesaw, Ga

    Position Description

    The Accounts Payable (AP) Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and scheduling the accurate and timely processing of invoices and reconciliations in addition to correctly allocating and recording funds. This individual is also responsible for documenting and training team procedures and assisting the Accounting Manager when needed. The AP Supervisor will supervise a team of AP Associates and is responsible supporting their professional development and growth within the organization.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversees a group of Accounts Payable Associates in their daily duties of accurately keying, processing, and paying invoices within pre-determined time allotments
    • Manages and maintains internal relationships and external relationships with vendors
    • Verifies vendor inquiries and updates vendor information as needed
    • Matches payments to corresponding invoice back-up documentation; resolves all payment discrepancies
    • Ensures proper check runs, month-end closes, and vendor maintenance, and manages 1099 reporting
    • Reviews supplier statements, including credit cards, insurances, researches discrepancies, investigates overages/shortages and books correcting sub-ledger and general ledger entries
    • Prepares and submits monthly and quarterly reconciliations for Accounts Payable accounts, and assists with annual audits
    • Prepares monthly Journal Entries for the expense allocations on payables keyed to the appropriate accounts
    • Trains team members within the Accounts Payable team
    • Provides support, coaching and guidance; partners with Accounting Manager on performance feedback process

    Experience/Requirements:

  • Accounts Receivable Associate

    Location:  Kennesaw, Ga

    Position Description

    The Accounts Receivable (AR) Associate is responsible for providing financial, clerical and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate payment of accounts. The AR Associate has full-cycle AP experience and handles a substantial number of invoices per week.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for billing, maintaining, and updating cash receipt journals
    • Corresponds with clients to resolve payment issues
    • Receives remittances and posts payments
    • Ensures checks received are coded to the proper general ledger account and will be logged appropriately into software system
    • Creates invoices for billable items
    • Extensive use of Microsoft Excel, such as compiling, extracting, and comparing information and reporting data
    • Processes month-end reconciliations and journal entries
    • Assists with customer account research as well as with collections at the direction of the Accounting Manager
    • Provides general clerical and accounting assistance to the department by making photocopies, filing, and running reports

     

    Experience/Requirements:

    • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in Accounting or related field
    • Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable
    • Profit & loss experience required
    • Proficient in applications such as Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks required; Dynamics experience is a plus
    • Strong communication, organizational and customer service skills

  • Fence Associate

    Location:  Cleveland, Denver, Orlando, Miami

    Position Description

    NPSG Fencing Associates work in team environments performing a variety of Fencing project within warehouse and construction environments. Successful candidates will be energetic, dependable, take pride in producing quality results with a great attitude towards collaboration with team members. NPSG Associates may be tasked with a variety of duties where flexibility is a must and the aptitude to work long hours to attain the desired results is critical to the organizations success.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Loading and unloading materials.
    • Assembling or breaking down structures.
    • Ability to read directions to verify the parts required prior to assembly
    • Double-check connections to ensure they match and report issues to the Supervisor
    • Mechanical aptitude and good dexterity
    • Using, cleaning and maintaining variety of hand tools.
    • Build out and set up of general distribution facility
    • Following safety guidelines and operating in a safe manner.

     

    Experience/Requirements:

    • Ability to stand and / or walk for extended periods of time.
    • Ability to lift, carry push or pull equipment up to 75 lbs.
    • Familiar with using tools and general warehouse equipment is a plus.

  • Production Manager

    Location:  Denver, Cleveland,  Orlando, Miami

    Position Description

    NPSG Production Managers (PM’s) oversee the day-to-day jobsite production operations for infrastructure buildouts within warehouse environments. Production Managers coordinate all site activities to include: the staffing and supervision of team associates; receipt and inventory of materials; securing equipment; implementing project plans per specifications; keeping projects proceeding on schedule; ensuring work is conducted in a safe and professional manner.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage a team of 60 plus employees.
    • Advance initiatives that promote and sustain the safety, health, security, and welfare of all employees.
    • Conduct time studies on production line operations.
    • Develop process to Speed up ramp up time to meet SLA.
    • Maintain safe, clean, orderly, and environmentally-compliant production operations.
    • Inclusive oversight of all production and production support activities of the facility ensuring all are conducted in accordance with Company policies, principles, procedures, values, and standards.
    • Assess current strategies, systems, procedures, performance, capabilities, equipment, facilities, and employees for opportunities to optimize safety, flow, service, quality, and profitability.
    • Coordinates and implements predictive and preventative maintenance scheduling
    • Provide technical recommendations and implementation for continuous improvement in plant production process
    • Supervise the installation and repair of all machinery/equipment in conjunction with the day to day activities of maintenance technicians
    • Willingly undertake and perform other duties and tasks as assigned.
    • Will have lead personnel as well as the hourly production workforce as direct reports.

    Experience/Requirements:

    • A minimum of 3-5 plus years of related experience and/or training in a manufacturing environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Project Manager

    Location:  United States

    Position Description

    NPSG Project Managers (PM’s) oversee the day-to-day jobsite operations for infrastructure buildouts within warehouse environments. PMs coordinate all site activities to include: the staffing and supervision of team associates; receipt and inventory of materials; securing equipment; implementing project plans per specifications; keeping projects proceeding on schedule and within budget; ensuring work is conducted in a safe and professional manner.  PMs owns the project from set-up to initial kick-off to completion punch list.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Creating, developing and executing detailed project planning activities including: project scoping, team planning, scheduling, budgeting, communication planning, risk identification and mitigation.
    • Project execution and control activities, including: quality assurance and control, issue resolution, risk monitoring and control, compliance management, change management, team development, performance reporting, exception management and communications.
    • Experience managing large and/or multiple full life cycle projects.
    • Planning, monitoring and resourcing projects.
    • Acting as the liaison between on-site client contacts, GM’s, corporate management.
    • Participate in on-site client meetings.
    • Daily scheduling of associates. Submitting timely staffing requests.
    • Conducting safety meetings and safety checks.
    • Reporting daily activities and providing financial information to corporate office.
    • Managing large teams of travelling associates and local temp workers hires.

     

    Experience/Requirements:

    • Knowledge of materials, methods and tools involved in commercial buildouts.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and construction software.
    • Exceptional organization and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deliverables.

  • Safety Manager

    Location:  Kennesaw, Ga

    Position Description

    NPSG performs warehouse assembly, installations, and buildouts for fulfillment centers throughout the US and around the world.  The US Safety Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, directing, and enforcing safety policies and programs in the US that meet regulatory and customer requirements and reduce the risk of work related injuries. Integral to the position is keeping up to date, meeting latest standards, and establishing new ones as new risks are discovered.

    Up to 70% travel required.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage large scale safety program for highly distributed organization operating across the US ensuring that the workplace is in compliance with OSHA and other state, local or industry specific regulations
    • Make worksite assessments to determine and evaluate risks, assess potential hazards and controls, investigate incidents, maintain and evaluate incident and loss records, and prepare emergency response plans.
    • Provide programs that ensure a safe workplace including safety orientations/training, skill training, emergency preparedness, proper job instruction, and the use of protective equipment
    • Develop and execute a systematic process to collect and analyze data and generate reporting
    • Implement initiatives to reduce and prevent accidents and occupational illnesses
    • Meet with customer on worksite to understand and ensure compliance with customer safety requirements
    • Collaborate with Operations, HR and Risk Management to execute safety programs
    • Advise senior management of safety best practices

     

    Experience/Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in safety related discipline
    • Minimum 8-10 years large scale safety program management experience
    • Experience with OSHA 1910 General Industry Regulations
    • Experience with OSHA 1926 Construction Regulations
    • Required Certifications:
      • OSHA 510
      • OSHA 500 – Certified Outreach Trainer
      • CSP (not required, but strongly preferred)
    • Demonstrated experience in managing:
      • Large scale safety programs involving over 1,000 workers, doing both general industry and construction tasks
      • Ability to handle rapid ramp up of workforces in a project-based environment
      • Ability to manage work across multiple locations across the US simultaneously
      • Solid organizational and project management skills
